These sessions are designed to help riders refresh fundamental skills\, regain confidence\, and refine technique before diving into more advanced training or trail riding. \nThese clinics are not a substitute for full-length Wheels Up Skills Clinics but serve as a valuable refresher. Riders will have the chance to revisit key techniques in a structured setting with coach feedback\, video documentation\, and dedicated practice time. The goal is to assess where each rider currently stands and establish a foundation for progression in 2025 and beyond. \nProgram Focus Areas\nStart It Back Up Skills Clinic: This session emphasizes bike and body separation\, dynamic bike movements\, and cornering techniques—key elements for improved control and flow on the trail. \nTaking Off Skills Clinic: Riders will work on essential lift-off techniques\, including wheel lifts\, wheelies\, manuals\, and controlled airtime. The clinic will also include dedicated 4ft high jump airbag sessions for riders looking to build confidence in the air. \nWith a focus on progression and skill refinement\, these clinics offer an excellent opportunity to identify areas for improvement and gain a clearer understanding of which clinics and training opportunities would be most beneficial throughout the year.
