 Wheels Up XC Program:

• Covers Wheels Up XC exclusively.
• Season Subscription fee is $400 for 20+ Practices, additional Pre Rides, and Races!.
  • Includes a Wheels Up XC Jersey! 
  • Includes a bike fit and set up. 
• Duration: February 26th – June 31st + Factory Support at the ICC Challenge Race.
  • 1 other local UFD race support TBD (Greensfelder or Matsonhill) 
• Total Cost: $400.

Evaluation Dates:

• February Evaluation: 24th XC 9am-11am at Lost Valley Lower Lot.

Registration:

• Opens December 15th and closes on February 29th.

Program Details:

Grouping:

• Varsity and Junior Varsity Grouping for practices.
• Grouping remains similar during races under the Wheels Up XC Team Banner.

Practices:

• XC trail / skills practices (1 per week) on Monday evenings 5:30 -7:30 typically
• Make up practices will be held Rainouts Weekends 
• Ride locations include West County and St. Charles 

Races and Events:

• Pre-ride and Race Support at ICC Challenge. 
• UFD race support and Pre Ride TBD (Greensfelder or Matsonhill) 

Factory Support:

• Full Wheels Up Factory Support at selected XC races.
• Includes mechanical support, race prep, access to Wheels Up-only factory tents, trailer, and supplies.
• Repairs from Wheels Up Teams Trailer may have charges for supplies.

Discounts and Deals:

• Exclusive “Factory” discounts from partner bike shops.
• Discounts on bikes, parts, accessories, and labor detailed with team registration.

Personalized Bike Setup and Analysis:

• One-on-one personalized bike setup and safety check.
• In-depth rider analysis with onsite video replay coaching.
• Focus on bike suspension setup, cockpit adjustment, position, tire pressure selection, and education on adjustments for conditions and courses.

Mental and Sports Psychology:

• Focus on training rides, race preparation plans, and strategies.

Communication:

• Accessible and clear communication through the TeamSnap App.

What’s Not Included:

• Race fees.
• Costs related to broken bikes, parts, medical bills, or gear.
