Important Event Registration Notice & Rider Information

At Wheels Up MTB, our goal is to provide the best possible experience for all participants. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask that if you have not registered at least 24 hours prior to an event and still plan to attend, you email us at wheelsupmtb.com to confirm your attendance. This helps us avoid situations where riders arrive at an event that may have been modified or rescheduled.

While same-day registration remains open, advance notice allows us to provide better customer service and ensure a smooth and well-organized experience for all riders. In cases of low registration, weather concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may need to adjust, modify, or cancel an event. By reaching out, we can ensure you stay informed of any last-minute changes.

Event Modifications & Minimum Rider Requirements

To optimize the experience for both riders and coaches, we occasionally adjust, combine, and do occasionally cancel events when minimum rider requirements are not met. These decisions are typically made 24-48 hours before the event start time to ensure the best use of resources while maintaining high-quality instruction. Due to the unique nature and production requirements of Wheels Up events, these minimums are necessary to maintain the standard of programming we strive to provide.
