Skills Clinics and Other Programs – Refund Policy
At Wheels Up, we understand that circumstances may arise that require adjustments to your program plans. Here’s our comprehensive refund policy for Skills Clinics and other programs:
- Cancellation Prior to Registration Deadline:
- A refund will be provided, less a processing fee.
- Processing Fee:
- $10 for program fees up to $99.
- $20 for program fees $100 & over.
- Or listed specifically on the registration of the Wheels Up Event.
- Cancellation After Registration Deadline:
- A credit for future programs/reservations will be given, amounting to half of the fee paid.
- No refund or credit will be issued once a program has commenced, unless substantiated by a medical statement confirming injury or illness.
- Team Registrations:
- Fees paid for team registrations are non-refundable once accepted and recorded.
- Missed Programs Due to Personal Reasons:
- No credits, refunds, or make-up classes will be provided for programs missed due to personal reasons.
- Medical Illnesses/Injuries:
- Refund or credit will be granted upon substantiation by a doctor’s note.
- Program Cancellation by Wheels Up:
- Full refunds will be issued in the event of program cancellation by Wheels Up.
Multi-Day Camps – Refund Policy:
For our engaging Multi-Day Camps, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancellation Prior to Registration Deadline:
- A household credit for future programs/reservations will be provided.
- A $25 processing fee per week, per child, will be deducted for every credit issued.
- All camp credits must be requested two weeks before the program’s first day.
- Cancellation After Registration Deadline:
- A credit for 1/2 of the fee paid will be issued.
- No refund or credit will be given once the camp has commenced unless substantiated by a medical statement.
- Camp Transfers:
- After the registration deadline, a $10 transfer fee per week, per child, will be processed.
