Important Event Registration & Rider Information
At Wheels Up MTB, our priority is providing a safe, well-organized, and positive experience for every rider and family.
If you plan to attend an event and have not registered at least 24 hours in advance, we kindly ask that you email us at WheelsUpMTB@gmail.com to confirm your attendance. This helps ensure you receive the most up-to-date information in case of schedule changes, location updates, or weather-related adjustments.
Same-day registration may still be available; however, reaching out ahead of time allows us to better prepare and avoid situations where a family arrives for an event that has been modified or rescheduled.
Event Adjustments & Minimum Participation
To maintain quality instruction and appropriate coach-to-rider ratios, some events may be adjusted, combined, or occasionally canceled if minimum participation levels are not met. These decisions are typically made 24–48 hours before the event and are based on registration numbers, weather conditions, and overall rider safety.
Because Wheels Up events often require advance planning, staffing, and equipment setup, minimum participation helps us deliver the level of experience families expect.
