Wheels Up Winter Training Program (2025-26)

The Wheels Up Winter Training Program is designed for youth riders who want to stay active and continue improving through the off-season. This program focuses on strength, conditioning, and skill development to help riders build power, endurance, and control — setting them up for success in the 2026 riding season!

We combine in-person sessions with virtual workouts to provide the right mix of hands-on coaching and flexibility during the busy winter months.

Program Schedule:

  • Mondays (In Person): 6:00–8:00 PM at Fairway Elementary
  • Thursdays (Zoom): 7:00–8:00 PM

Program Dates:

  • December Session: December 2–18 (3 weeks)
  • Winter Block: January–February (8 weeks)

That’s a total of 11 weeks of structured winter training focused on keeping riders strong, consistent, and ready for spring.

Stronger, Fitter, & More Prepared for the Best Season Yet.

Our Winter Training Program is back and better than ever. For the 2025 to 2026 off season, we have significantly expanded the structure and intensity of the program to help riders stay active, build fitness, and enter the new year stronger than ever.

This year’s program includes a combination of in person sessions and virtual training designed to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and on the bike readiness.

Program Highlights

Eleven in person Monday training sessions held throughout December, January, and February. These instructor led workouts focus on strength development, cycling specific conditioning, stability, functional movement, and overall fitness progression.

Weekly virtual training sessions every Thursday evening delivered live through Zoom. These at home sessions bring structured guided workouts directly to riders and help build consistency with an additional hour per week of focused training.

More than thirty three hours of guided coaching over the winter months, plus optional supplemental workouts that riders can complete on off days to maintain momentum and progress.

A balanced and progressive winter plan that helps riders stay active, motivated, and prepared for their strongest riding year yet in 2026.
